Northern Qi Marble Seated Buddha

Marble Seated Buddha.  With a partial halo or nimbus, this figure of buddha sits in a lotus position with a serene and benevolent expression with raised right hand on a blessing position.  Sixth Century, Northern Qi (AD 550-577).  H. 9.37 in (23.8 cm)
